Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping availability may vary depending on:

4. Dropshipping Fulfillment

To improve product availability and provide a wider selection of products, certain items offered on our website may be fulfilled directly by trusted third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or logistics partners.

As a result:

  • Products within the same order may be shipped separately.
  • Multiple tracking numbers may be provided.
  • Packaging may differ from standard Molanor packaging.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on supplier location and inventory availability.

Orders containing both Molanor-stocked products and supplier-fulfilled products may arrive in separate shipments.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that some products may be shipped through dropshipping fulfillment partners.


5. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship products separately in order to:

  • Reduce delivery delays.
  • Improve product availability.
  • Optimize fulfillment efficiency.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.


6. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information via email after shipment.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Not all shipping methods provide full end-to-end tracking.

Molanor is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.


10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving shipping issues, Molanor is not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery.
  • Packages left unattended at the delivery location.
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Carrier-related delivery errors beyond our control.

Each case will be reviewed individually.


11. Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package resulting in its return, Molanor reserves the right to deduct:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs charges
  • Handling fees

from any eligible refund.
